Samsung Galaxy S4 Review

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is Samsung’s answer to the Apple iPhone 5, and it is quite an answer. The Galaxy S4 is a phone that can do almost everything, and I mean that literally. The S4 not only functions as a cell phone, it can also be used as a television remote control.

The Galaxy S4 has a 5 inch 1080p HD display screen which makes it great to read articles, watch movies, and play games. It has a removable battery which allows you to carry an extra battery with you, which is useful for people that use their phones a lot and might not have the time to charge it. Even though the Galaxy S4 is wider than some other phones, it is still compact enough to fit in your pocket.

The phone runs on the Android 4.2.2 operating system, with a touch wiz interface that allows users to have up to 15 icons that are one touch away instead of having to go through different settings menus to find them.

The Galaxy S4 has an upgraded 13 megapixel camera and a 2 megapixel front camera that takes excellent pictures, and also has a burst mode that allows you to take up to 20 pictures in rapid succession which you can have a lot of fun with if you are at a sporting event, or just goofing around.

The video camera shoots and displays videos in 1080p HD so the videos taken with the phone are very sharp. The phone also comes with plenty of cool apps like the Smart Pause which pauses any video you are watching when you look away, and resumes playing when you are looking at the screen. Another fun app that comes with the Galaxy S4 is the S Translator, which translates word that you speak into the phone in 10 languages. The translation is written on the phone, and can also be played back in the desired language. The Galaxy S4 also has Air View, which allows you to control the phone by waving your hand in front of the camera sensor.

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is definitely the Android answer to the iPhone, and a good phone for people who are looking for an alternative to the iPhone.
